Transcend Salon requires 48 hours’ notice for all cancelled or rescheduled appointments.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service amount. No-shows may also be charged the full service fee.

We totally get that life happens-all we ask is that you communicate with us as soon as possible so we can fill your spot and keep our stylists’ schedules running smoothly.
